How You Can Help

CORDE is a not-for-profit organization. Seventy percent of its budget is used for the programs that directly benefit its target groups. Only 30% is used for administration costs with only 10% going for the allowances of its staff. Most of the revenue of CORDE is from generous individuals and private institutions

 

Financial Help

$16 - $20 per month

A contributor can help a dedicated individual to sustain a tutorial class of 20 or more children or junior youths under CORDE's Programs. The $16 - $20 per month is expended for candles/oil lamp/batteries for the lighting of the class, chalks or other teaching aid and stationery for classes. Twenty children, who otherwise may not have education, receive two hours of daily classes.

$60 - $100 per month

Can maintain a Centre of Learning with its various courses for the children and youths to take simple social actions for development of their communities.

 

 

 

$4000 (one time payment)

A Centre of Learning can be built in memory of a loved one as benefactor to a population in one of the cluster villages.

 

 

Contributions are also needed by CORDE for administrative purposes such as office maintenance, transportation and miscellaneous expenses.
